“It's a small world, after all!” replies Ruffa Gutierrez after a netizen remarked that she, Ellen Adarna, and Derek Ramsay have been exchanging partners.
Kapuso hunk Derek Ramsay and equally sexy actress Ellen Adarna continues to spark dating rumors after they were once again seen getting cozy on Instagram.
The two celebrities were once more being paired by their common friend, beauty queen-turned-actress Ruffa Gutierrez, as the latter posted more videos of Derek and Ellen during their post-new year's dinner at the actor's home.
“Hey, neighbor! Thank you for hosting the first of many more fun dinners with old and new friends,” Ruffa penned in the caption.
She then invited her fans to “Swipe left.”
From there, a video of Derek and Ellen engaging in a conversation can be seen, enough for fans to speculate that there must be a special connection between the two.
In the comment section, several of Ruffa's fans are shipping the two sexy actors together.
One fan said, “Fun! But in fairness, bagay si D at E. Why not?”

Meanwhile, a netizen chided that Ruffa, Ellen, and Derek are simply exchanging partners with another.
“Sila sila na lang din ang nagpapalitan ng jowa,” it said in the comment section.
To whom Ruffa lightly responded, “It's a small world after all.”
It can be recalled that both Ruffa Gutierrez and Ellen Adarna are both the ex-girlfriend of actor John Lloyd Cruz, who, coincidentally, is the ex-boyfriend of Angelica Panganiban, Derek's former flame.

Derek's last girlfriend was his The Better Woman co-star, Andrea Torres, whom he separated last November 2020.
Meanwhile, Ellen's break-up with John Lloyd was highly publicized in late 2019.
The two have a son named Elias Modesto.
The following year, Ellen confirmed with radio DJ Mo Twister that she is in a relationship with a foreigner, whom the public speculated to be a certain Carlos Lemus.
She said at the time, “Yes, I am dating someone right now. He's from Spain, an AFAM.
