Paris Hilton announces her engagement to venture capitalist boyfriend, Carter Reum!

Hotel heiress-turned-reality star Paris Hilton is now engaged to her boyfriend, Carter Reum, as revealed on her Instagram post early Friday, February 19 (Philippine Time), which also marked her 40th birthday.
Paris revealed images from the romantic proposal that happened on February 13, which shows the pair wearing white ensembles, as Carter got down on one knee before going to a private island.
She wrote on Instagram, “My fairytale dream came true! I love my future husband so much! Best birthday surprise ever. So excited to be your wife!”
In another post, Paris said she couldn't wait to walk down the aisle in front of her soulmate.
She added, “I said yes, with all the joy and confidence and comfort that comes with knowing he's more than my love.
“He's my twin flame, my other half, my best friend, and my soulmate.”
“My forever,” she added in another post.
On her website, ParisHilton.com, the hotel heiress gave an even closer glimpse to Carter's proposal, which includes showing off her beautiful emerald cut engagement ring, reportedly made by Jean Dousset, the great-grandson of famous French watchmaker Louis Cartier.
According to the jewelry maker, the one-of-a-kind ring was influenced by both classical and Art Nouveau motifs and is framed to resemble the vaulted glass ceiling of the Grand Palais.

This will be the fourth time Paris has been engaged, having previously been proposed to by model Jason Shaw in 2002, Paris Latsis in 2005, and Chris Zylka in 2018.
“When you find your soulmate, you just don't know it. You feel it,” she explained in an Instagram post.
“My love and I have been together since our first date, and for my birthday, he arranged a special trip to a tropical paradise.”
Paris recalled, “As we walked to dinner along the beach, Carter led us to a cabana adorned with flowers and dropped to one knee.
“I said yes, yes to forever. There's no one I'd rather spend forever with.”
Carter Reum, a Columbia University alumni, is the co-founder of VEEV Spirits. He also runs M13, an investment company that has backed startups, including Daily Harves, Lyft, and the shoe brand Rothy's.
Paris and Carter started dating in late 2019 after being friends for 15 years.
