Kapuso star Kyline Alcantara was featured in Darren Espanto's new music video titled: "Tama Na," which was released yesterday, June 20.
The 18-year-old actress shared on Instagram her experience as well as some behind-the-scenes photos taken from their music video shoot.
She wrote in the caption, “I had so much fun doing this.
“D, thankyou for inviting me to join you in this MV. Glad to be a part of this project and see you transform into the mature performer that you are now (baby! Be-be- baby!) Thank you, @mca_muic @artistcenter and @gmanetwork. KyRen, this is all for you. #TamaNa”
Throughout the music video, Kyline played the role of Darren's significant other.
At this writing, “Tama Na” is currently ranked #15th of trending for music in the Youtube community with over 150,000 views and is #1 on iTunes Music Video Charts.
Kapamilya artist Darren Espanto also expressed his gratitude to Kyline for accepting this project as well as his appreciation to the entire team.
The 20-year-old singer wrote in the caption, “Thanks for hopping on board for this project Ky! And thank you to the whole team who made this possible.”
After the music video's release, Kyline and Darren became a trending topic on Twitter.
Kapuso teen sensation Kyline Alcantara is also one of the most popular Filipino celebrities on TikTok with over 6.7 million followers.
Netizens also believe that Kyline is the girl who gives Mavy Legaspi the "butterflies." This bit, however, has not been confirmed.
