In her Instagram Story, Brianna, daughter of Michael V., talked about some of the projects she wants to do as a Kapuso.
Multi-awarded comedian and creative director Michael V. is one proud and supportive father after it was announced that his daughter, Brianna, is entering show business.
Last week, GMA Artist Center officially welcomed Brianna into its star-studded family.
Beaming with pride, Direk Bitoy took to Instagram to congratulate his daughter for this new milestone.
He posted, “I guess it was bound to happen.
“Thank you @artistcenter and congratulations @briannabunagan. May the industry shine brighter with the light you're bringing.
“Everyone's love and support is greatly appreciated.”
Several big names in the entertainment industry also showed their support for Brianna including Dawn Zulueta, Ogie Alcasid, and Direk Bert de Leon.
Brianna was thrust into the spotlight after singing one of the official soundtracks of the trending family drama movie Family History in 2019. The song is titled “Ayoko Na.”
In fact, the song was first heard in the breakup scene of Chito (Jake Vargas) and Nikki (Julie Anne San Jose) on Pepito Manaloto.
The talented Kapuso actress-singer also shared her thoughts about signing with GMA Artist Center via Instagram Story.
She said in one of her videos, “It feels great! I'm so honored to be a part of this family, finally.
“Yes, it's great, I'm so excited.”
The 22-years-old stunner also expressed her intention of pursuing a career as a singer and hopefully record her own album in the future.
In addition, Brianna has also revealed that she will be graduating soon from Ateneo de Manila University.
“So, I'm currently graduating, but I did take a fifth year, just because one of the classes that I had in the fourth year--the schedule just didn't agree with my thesis rehearsals schedule. So, I had to take that class for another semester and I did fifth year, but now I'm done!”
