Lauren Young announces her return to acting after a two-year break in a short clip from her recent vlog titled “Hotel Quarantine Experience.”

In a short Instagram video, the Kapuso actress and online streamer briefly shared her hotel quarantine experience as well as her comeback to showbiz.

“It's day one of my hotel quarantine before I head out to taping and I just kind of wanted to document this because it's my first time doing bubble taping. I haven't worked in showbiz for the past two years,” Lauren said in her latest vlog.

“I'm excited and scared to see how this is gonna be like. So part of it is you do an antigen. You get put in a hotel for five days and then we do our PCR test and then transfer to our hotel location, and then we work,” she added.

The 27-year-old actress also wrote in the caption, “I think it's been more than a year since I actually focused on my vlog!

"I forgot how therapeutic it was for me and how I really enjoyed sharing my ups [and during my dark days] a lot of downs!! So since I'm starting a new chapter in my life I decided to document everything.”

Lauren also shared that her latest vlog focused on her moving out of Manila and shared her taping life amid the COVID-19 pandemic.

“My vlog will be centered on me moving out of Metro Manila [YAY] and I thought I would start it with my taping life during covid. Hope you guys welcome me back with open arms LELS! ENJOY!!,” she added.

At this writing, Lauren's video clip has over 20,000 views on Instagram.

Lauren Young is one of the characters in GMA-7's new drama series titled Never Say Goodbye.

Other cast members include Klea Pineda, Jak Roberto, Herlene “Hipon” Budol, Luke Conde, and Snooky Serna.
