Beware of scammers, mga Kapuso!
Kapuso actor Richard Yap advised the public to be vigilant against people who are using his name.
On Instagram stories, the I Left My Heart in Sorsogon star shared a message by a certain Richard Leo, who introduced himself as part of Richard Yap's social media team.
The message read, "Top of the day to you ma'am. I'm from Richard's Yap social media management team contracted to get feedback from active followers....i hope you don't mind?"
Richard placed a text over the photo that read, "This is a scammer, I don't know him, so be careful guys if he sends you a message."

Aside from someone using his name, apparently, there is also an Instagram account that uses his daughter Ashley's name and photos.
He wrote, "Hi guys, this is not Ashley's account and is not authorized by her."
