
Actress Kisses Delavin and Asia's Next Top Model Cycle 5 titlist Maureen Wroblewitz are among the 50 delegates in the Miss Universe Philippines 2021.
The Miss Universe Philippines Organization made the announcement yesterday (August 22) and unveiled the beautiful portraits of the 50 remaining ladies, who will vie for the crown and title of the prestigious beauty pageant.
According to the organization, the selection of the Top 50 delegates was based on fan votes and the Miss Universe Philippines judges.
Other candidates that made it to the Top 50 include Cebu representative Steffi Rose Aberasturi, Miss Globe 2019 2nd runner-up Leren Mae Bautista, Miss Supranational 2018 1st runner-up Katrina Dimaranan, and content creator Rousanne Marie Bernos.
Recently, Maureen secured the leading spot in the “Video Casting Challenge” where she shared what makes her happy.
Aside from the former Eat Bulaga Dabarkad, other candidates that made it to the Top 15 are Leren Bautista, Steffi Aberasturi, Kirsten Delavin, Katrina Dimaranan, Rousanne Bernos, Kamille Quiñola, Cheri Flejoles, Noelyn Campos, Maria Corazon Abalos, Gianne Asuncion, Mirjan Hipolito, Christelle Abello, Victoria Vincent, and Beatrice Gomez.
On August 15, Steffi Aberasturi topped the “Runway Challenge” and followed by Maureen and Kisses for the second and third spot, respectively.
The Miss Universe Philippines Organization announced that the next step in the competition is the “Interview Challenge” and the decision will be coming from a panel of experts.
In the coming weeks, only 30 hopefuls will remain to compete for the title in the Miss Universe Philippines 2021 coronation night.
