The Top 10 Finalists of Miss World Philippines 2021 Best in National Costume is finally revealed.
According to the Facebook and Instagram posts of Miss World Philippines, the finalists were chosen on July 22, 2021, at the Gala Charity Night held at the Grand Ballroom in Okada Manila.
The candidates who are part of the Top 10 are:
- Emmanuelle Vera
- Natasha Jung
- Asha Gutierrez
- Dindi Pajares
- Shannen Manzano
- Andrea Sulangi
- Ann Palmares
- Julie Tarrayo
- Tracy Perez
- Ganiel Krishnan

According to the same post, the winner of the Best in National Costume fast-track event will be an "automatic semifinalist" on the Coronation Night of the Miss World Philippines 2021.

Winners of Beach Beauty Competition, Talent Competition, and Sports Challenge are also automatic semifinalists on the Coronation Night of the Miss World Philippines 2021.
