Dennis Trillo arrives in Italy for the prestigious Venice Film Festival
Kapuso star Dennis Trillo is in Italy to attend the 78th Venice International Film Festival.
The Legal Wives actor flew to Italy to attend the international film festival for the film, On the Job: The Missing 8 where he plays Roman Rubio. The Filipino film will premiere in the festival.
Dennis said in an interview last month with GMA News, "Nakakatuwa na hindi lang mag-premiere 'yung pelikula kundi kasama siya sa competition. 'Yon pa lang, mapasama 'yung pelikula namin doon ay sobrang reward na sa aming lahat."
The actor shared some moments in Venice, Italy through his social media accounts.
The Film Development Council of the Philippines (FDCP) stated that, On the Job: The Missing 8 is the only Southeast Asian film selected for the main competition, which has 21 entries.
Aside from Dennis, the film also stars John Arcilla and Dante Rivero. Directed by Erik Matti, the film tells the story of a journalist who looks into the disappearance of his colleagues.
On the Job: The Missing 8 is competing for the film festival's top prize along with other international films such as The Power of the Dog, Parallel Mothers, and Spencer.
