Veteran columnist and talent manager Lolit Solis expressed her thoughts on her talent Paolo Contis's friendship with his A Faraway Land co-star Yen Santos.

Paolo and Yen were spotted together in Baguio City after publicly confirming his breakup with live-in partner LJ Reyes.

The actor defended his side saying he and Yen were just friends.

Lolit broke her silence about the breakup saying the couple separated after growing apart and had no third party involved.

After LJ Reyes appeared in a tell-all interview recounting her breakup with Paolo, Lolit showed sympathy for LJ and gave advice for Paolo, whom she co-manages as a talent.

On her recent post, Lolit spoke up about Paolo and Yen's friendship and their Baguio City trip.

She wrote, "Dahil kay Paolo Contis Salve naging Friendship Capital of the Philippines ang Baguio City.

"Dapat siguro kunin ni DOT Sec. Berna Romulo Puyat si Paolo Contis para endorser sa mga mag friends na gusto mag usap lang na pumunta sa Baguio, as 'friends' kahit pa nga babae at lalaki na magkasama aakyat sa malamig na city.

"Lahat tuloy ngayon may tagline na, ' samahan mo naman ako kasi sad ako, usap tayo sa Baguio, friends naman tayo '. Kaloka di ba ? Kasi nga hindi naman usual o common na isang lalaki tatawagan ang isang babae para samahan siya dahil may problema siya.

"At hindi rin common na ang isang Paolo Contis na heto alam mo na ang history sa lovelife sasamahan mo kung isa kang single at available na babae at kayong dalawa lang ang mag uusap as 'friends'.

Lolit continued, "Kaloka talaga. Ewan ko kung gusto din ni Yen Santos ng ganitong kaguluhan sa buhay niya kaya kahit pa nga alam na niya ang kalagayan ni Paolo eh Ok lang sa kanya na magamit as 'friend'.

She also noted how LJ is now in New York City while Paolo is in a lock-in taping, while Yen is in another location. "Hay naku, never ending serye talaga ang istoryang ito, at least rumarampa na sa New York si LJ Reyes. At suwerte siya, New York ang eksena niya, pang Baguio lang si Yen Santos. Habang naka lock in naman si Paolo Contis.

Paolo has issued an apology statement to LJ and her son Aki as well as their child Summer. He also apologized to his former partner Lian Paz, mom of his two other daughters.
