
Now the changes are starting to happen with regards to her conservatorship, Britney Spears is expressing her gratitude to the #FreeBritney movement that campaigned for her rights.
On her Twitter account, the artist posted a 22-second video accompanied by a tweet describing her fans as “the best.”
Britney praised the #FreeBritney movement for their “constant resilience” in advocating for her freedom from her conservatorship.
Now that her "life is now in that direction," Britney says she ended up being overwhelmed by her emotions.
“I cried last night for two hours cause my fans are the best and I know it,” she tweeted.

Britney also followed it up with a tweet saying “I feel your hearts and you feel mine…that much I know is true.”
The tweet comes a few weeks after Britney posted a similar message of gratitude on her Instagram account.
It also comes several days after the premiere of a New York Times documentary titled Controlling Britney Spears. The documentary revealed that the singers calls and texts were being monitored by her father, Jamie Spears, who also acted as her conservator.
