This Saturday (December 29), Asia’s Songbird Regine Velasquez-Alcasid learns the different ways of celebrating the holidays in the four corners of the world from her guests who all grew up abroad - Alessandra de Rossi from Italy, Sarah Lahbati from Switzerland and Rafael Rosell from Norway.
Their imported recipes include an authentic Italian pasta favorite, Swiss version of the Pinoy bulalo and a traditional Norwegian salmon steak.
Aside from teaching the Songbird the easy steps of preparing these meals, they will also reminisce on their unforgettable and unique holiday experiences while growing up.
