Miss Universe Philippines winners

Miss Universe Philippines Beatrice Luigi Gomez is fighting for a finals spot in this year's Miss Universe pageant.

The Miss Universe 2021 coronation night is just a few days away, and the country's bet Beatrice Luigi Gomez can definitely use all the support she can get. Fortunately, her court and fellow Miss Universe Philippines 2021 winners are on hand to provide her with the moral support she needs.

In a press conference, Miss Universe Philippines Tourism Katrina Dimaranan, Miss Universe Philippine Charity Victoria Velasquez Vincent, Miss Universe Philippines first runner-up Maureen Christa Wroblewitz, and Miss Universe Philippines second runner-up Steffi Rose Aberasturi sent their words of comfort and well-wishes to Beatrice.

“Bea, I'm sending you my warmest hug from the Philippines. I am so proud of you and so proud of your growth. I can see you shine, I can see you having so much fun in Israel,” said Maureen. “You're probably nervous because of the preliminary competition but I know you'll do so well. I am so proud and will be cheering you on from the Philippines.”

“I am sending you a wave, a hug, and so many prayers. I'm so excited to see you unleash your inner Luigi on stage. Thank you for raising our flag with so much pride. We're excited to see you perform and hopefully snatch the crown for the Philippines,” encouraged Victoria.

“We are so proud of you. You're in Israel waving the Philippine flag and just know that we are here all over the world supporting you,” said Katrina. “We've been keeping in touch with everything you're doing in Israel. We're all here and ready to watch you perform.”

“I know she's very busy right now but Bea, if you hear this, you deserve every bit of success. We all know that you are doing great no matter what because this is something that you prepared and worked hard for. This moment is yours and for sure, you'll truly shine,” gushed Steffi.

The press conference was held to announce the Miss Universe Philippines Organization's partnership with remittance app Sendwave. Founded in 2011, the app is now expanding and serving Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) sending money to their families in the Philippines. As part of its entry in the Philippine market, the app is offering $10 to those who use the promo code MUPH.
