Bianca has been in the showbiz industry for more than a decade. In a video from Sparkle's YouTube channel, Bianca disclosed that being passionate about her job as an actress is what makes her sparkle.
She said, "I am an actor and I love what I do. I am in the business for all the right reasons. I am purely passionate about my craft."

According to one of Sparkle's next brightest stars, everything that comes from working in the entertainment industry is just a bonus. Bianca also stressed the importance of being true and why making people happy is a priority for her.
"I always choose to be true to myself. I choose to inspire people, and I believe my purpose in life is to make people happy."
Lastly, Bianca shared that kindness is what makes her sparkle in the industry.
"I think that I always choose to be kind and that what's makes me sparkle." She said.
