The upcoming Filipino film 'Broken Blooms' stars Kapuso leading man Jeric Gonzales, Therese Malvar, and Royce Cabrera.

Kapuso actor Jeric Gonzales is the lead star of the upcoming Filipino movie titled Broken Blooms.

This exciting project is the only Filipino film selected in the 41st Oporto International Film Festival in Portugal.

Also included in the stellar cast of Broken Blooms are award-wining actress Therese Malvar, sought-after Kapuso actor Royce Cabrera, Norman “Boobay” Balbuena, Lou Veloso, Mimi Jureza, Rico Barrera, Cherry Malvar, Cecil Yumul, Rosette Aquino, and veteran actress Jaclyn Jose.

The much-awaited film is set to premiere during the Director's Week competition program of the festival from April 1 to 10, 2022. Broken Blooms is under the helm of esteemed director Luisito “Louie” Lagdameo Ignacio and produced by BenTria Productions.

In an Instagram post, Jeric's co-star Therese expressed her utmost gratitude to Direk Louie and BenTria Productions after being included in the said project.

She wrote, “Maraming maraming salamat po sa tiwala at gabay, direk @direklouieignacio! Super happy and grateful na ikaw 'yung naging director ko for this kind of role. Love you forever direk! See you sa next one.

“Thank you rin kay Sr. Benjie ng BenTria Productions for making this whole project possible! Thank you rin sa lahat ng staff and crew. Sa mga aktor na kasali rito.”

In November, Jeric gave his followers a glimpse of some of the film's scenes that were taken in Pampanga.
