The application for the Miss Universe Philippines 2022 is now officially open!
On February 1, the Miss Universe Philippines announced that they are now accepting applications for 2022 aspiring contestants.
The Miss Universe Philippines, headed by Bibinibing Pilipinas 2011 Shamcey Supsup-Lee, selects the country's official representative to the prestigious Miss Universe pageant.
Based on the qualifications released by the local organization on social media, applicants must be female, at least 18 and under 28 years of age at the time of the Miss Universe Philippines pageant.
Qualified applicants must be a Filipino citizen and Philippine passport holder. Aspiring contestants must have never been married and never have been pregnant.

The accomplished copy must be sent to contact@missuniverseph.com not later than February 15, 11:59 p.m.
The Miss Universe Philippines 2022 coronation night is slated on April 30.
Cebu's Beatrice Luigi Gomez will crown her successor at the end of the event.
Beatrice is the second person to be crowned Miss Universe Philippines under the organizing body. The title was passed onto her by her predecessor, Rabiya Mateo, who is now a GMA actress.
