Miss World Philippines Tracy Maureen Perez is set to compete in Miss World 2021 which has been rescheduled to happen this March.
As Miss World Philippines Tracy Maureen Perez gears up for the upcoming Miss World pageant, she has asked her Instagram followers to relive her Miss World Philippines experience with her.
In her latest Instagram post, Tracy shared seven photos of her in what appears to be Las Vegas, posing in different locations showcasing some of the city's recognizable landmarks. Aside from asking her followers to relive her Miss World Philippines experience with her, Tracy also ruminated about happiness in the caption.
“I've come to realize that happiness is and will always be a choice. Today, I choose to be happy no matter the opinion of others, I choose to keep moving forward no matter the setbacks, and I choose to keep believing in God's perfect timing for everything no matter the doubts,” she wrote.
She also called on her Instagram followers to visit her official Miss World website as soon as it goes live.
Before this post, Tracy had taken a social media hiatus and used her time to visit friends and family as well as seeing the Avengers' handprints on cement in Los Angeles. The beauty queen also visited a theme park during her break from social media.
In the caption, Tracy said she was grateful for the time off and the opportunity to “disconnect and appreciate the gift of serenity.” According to her, the trip allowed her to recharge and to fight the silent battles with faith and hope for the future.”
In the Instagram post announcing her return to social media, Tracy encouraged her Instagram followers to help in rebuilding and recovering, something she herself was advocating before her self-imposed break. Tracy had put up the call of the Miss World Philippines Organization for help for the victims of Typhoon Odette before temporarily leaving Instagram.
Tracy is among the Top 40 contestants returning to Puerto Rico to compete for the Miss World crown. During the announcement of her placement, the Miss World Organization highlighted her win in the pageant's head to head competition, as well as her “Beauty with a Purpose” video. Tracy made it to the Top 6 alongside England, India, Kenya, South Africa, and the United States.
