Pia Wurtzbach clarifies rumor that her boyfriend Jeremy Jauncey will be one of the judges in Miss Universe Philippines 2022.
Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach denies rumor that her longtime boyfriend, Jeremy Jauncey, will be one of the judges in the upcoming Miss Universe Philippines 2022.
This came after a follower asked her on Instagram if Jeremy would be a member of the selection committee for the coronation night.
Pia answered, “[H]indi po hehe he's here for the world travel and tourism global summit. He's a speaker!”
The netizen expressed a soft disappointment upon learning that Jeremy would not be part of the local pageant.
“I'm Sad! We were about to leave MEL to see it live if Mr Jauncey was judging! We were told he will be part of the committee! But thank you for your reply,” Instagram user @garielive2 said.
Pia then replied that she was clueless about the rumor, but she's hoping to still see her curious follower at the pageant.
“Im not sure where you heard that from hoping to see you at the pageant anyway!” she ended.
Meanwhile, other fans welcome Jeremy to the Philippines on Pia's Instagram account.
The Philippines is set to witness another glamorous Miss Universe Philippines pageant at the Mall of Asia Arena on April 30.
Pia will be joined by fellow queens, Miss Universe 2016 Iris Mittenaere and Miss Universe 2017 Demi-Leigh Tebow, as hosts.
