The Maid tells the story of Jay's (Norman Hakim) life with his four wives, Susana (Sherry Alhadad), Nadia (Eina Azman), Rika (Ezzaty Abdullah) and Elisa (Mira Filzah), who became popular after Jay immortalized his story in polygamy through a novel titled "Mr. Golden Umbrella". On the outside, their lives look happy but the fact is that Susana, Nadia, Rika, and Elisa hate each other. Only the maid of every wife knows their story.

The conflict erupted when the fourth wife, Elisa, was killed during a family reunion. Since all family members were at the scene, they were prime suspects in the murder. So the question began to arise who was the real killer of Elisa and why the murder took place.

An investigation begins and secret after secret belonging to Jay's wives has been uncovered. The situation becomes even more mysterious when Selena (Siti Khadijah Halim) emerges as the new maid.

Susana, Jay's first wife, became skeptical of Selena's true identity. Yana, Elisa's maid at first doesn't trust Selena, but she turns into believing in her because Selena tells her that she is Elisa's sister. Selena became Susana's maid because she wanted to investigate her sister's death. Meanwhile, Rika, Jay's third wife, doubts Selena's true intentions. She and Susana join forces to investigate Selena.
