Naglabas ng pahayag ang mang-aawit na si Moira Dela Torre kung saan humingi ito ng respeto matapos kumalat ang iba't ibang haka-haka sa tunay na dahilan kung bakit sila naghiwalay ng asawa niyang si Jason Hernandez.
Ayon kay Moira, hindi totoo ang chismis na nag-cheat rin siya kay Jason habang kasal pa sila. Nauna nang umamin si Jason na naging "unfaithful" siya kay Moira.
"In spite of the pain I'm experiencing, let me set the record straight. While our marriage was not perfect, I have stayed true to my vows and I have never cheated on Jason.
"I only wish to put an end to the speculations regarding what happened between Jason and I. Though we're no longer together, it still hurts to see fabricated stories being told about us - most of which are so far from the truth.
"The both of us still have a long way to go when it comes to healing and we ask for respect during this difficult time."

Noong May 31, naglabas ng statement si Jason sa kanyang Instagram account kung saan niya kinumpirma na hiwalay na sila ni Moira.
Sulat ni Jason sa caption, "3 years ago, I married my bestfriend with the intent of spending the rest of my life with her. Though my love for her has always been genuine, a few months ago, I confessed to Moira that I have been unfaithful to her during our marriage."
