In a sit-down interview, Rita Daniela opens up about her pregnancy and speaks about the father of her unborn child.
After making a big surprise pregnancy announcement on All-Out Sundays's June 26 episode, Rita Daniela opened up about the father of her baby.
In a tell-all interview with Nelson Canlas on 24 Oras, Rita was asked about her baby's biological father.
Rita directly answered, "It's my non-showbiz boyfriend."
The 26-year-old actress and singer shared she wants to keep her boyfriend's identity private.
She continued, "The relationship was also private. I am a private person. People close to me know that.
"Ako as Rita I believe not everything dapat malaman ng tao about us."
Rita told GMANetwork.com, "Ever since kasi dati I've always been a private person. I've been in showbiz for 6 years, sobrang out in the open 'yung buhay ko.
"Masayang maramdaman 'yung meron kang alam mong sa'yo lang. Iba 'yung feeling, na-ga-ground ka, balance 'yung buhay mo kasi hindi lahat alam sa'yo."
The All-Out Sundays mainstay shared it was her best friend and family who first knew about her pregnancy.
When asked who she first told about her big news, Rita said, "Sa bestfriend ko, si Cholo [Bismonte] sumali siya sa The Clash. Siya 'yung una kong sinabihan kasi nung time na 'yun hindi pa talaga nag-sisink in sa akin. Then I called my sister, of course inuna ko 'yung family."
