Known as “The Voice,” Whitney Houston made her mark in the industry with her powerful vocals.

The multi-awarded singer is the voice behind some of the most loved songs we know today such as "I Will Always Love You," "Greatest Love of All," "Where Do Broken Hearts Go," and "Saving All My Love For You," among others.

She died in February 2012 at the age of 48.

Whitney's biopic is directed by Kasi Lemmons, written by Anthony McCarten--who also wrote Bohemian Rhapsody--and produced by Clive Davis.

I Wanna Dance with Somebody comes to the cinemas on December 21.
