Korean actress and singer Han Groo has divorced her husband of seven years and has full custody of their twins.
Korean actress Han Groo has finalized her divorce from her husband after seven years of marriage. The couple has six-year-old twins, a boy and a girl, who are now under Han Groo's full custody.
The actress's agency SBD Entertainment told Korean media on Tuesday, "Actor-singer Han Groo has divorced her husband."
"Han Groo took custody of the twins. Her children, one boy and one girl, are six years old.
"The exact date and the reasons of her divorce were not specified as the agency cited that those were matters personal to the celebrity."
The 30-year-old Han Groo was married to a non-showbiz businessman nine years older than her. They tied the knot in November 2015, then welcomed their twins in 2017.
In 2011, Han Groo debuted as a solo singer through her first EP Groo One. A few months later, Han Groo made her acting debut in the thriller drama Killer K.
She also starred in Can We Get Married? (2012) and Marriage, Not Dating (2014).
In June 2022, Han Groo signed a contract with SBD Entertainment and announced her plans to make an acting comeback.
