EXO Chen is finally back with a new solo mini-album!
EXO member Chen has just released his third solo mini-album Last Scene and the music video for the title track with the same name.
The album is Chen's first comeback as a solo artist since the release of his digital single titled "Hello" in October 2020, before he enlisted for his mandatory military duties that same month.
The album contains six tracks, including "Last Scene" featuring actor Park Hae-soo, "Photograph," "Traveler," "I Don't Even Mind," "Reminisce," and "Your Shelter."
On his "Last Scene" Countdown Live, Chen shared that the title track is "most like" his story.
"The lyrics are easy to picture. For my first and second mini albums, I imagined the lyrics and thought about what I would do. This time, all the b-side tracks are based on my own experiences and emotions. This song is most like my story. I thought about what story of mine I should express," he shared.
Chen also shared his inspiration for his album. "When working on this album, for my previous albums, I thought about what I want to do. For this one, I thought about what would fit me. I hope you like it. With this, I came back after three years and it was great to communicate with you."
As of this writing, the hashtag "weareoneEXO" are trending on Twitter with more than 68,000 tweets. In these tweets, EXO-L expressed their love and support for Chen's comeback album.

Chen, real name Kim Jong-dae, is a South Korean singer, songwriter, and member of K-pop boy group EXO. He made his official solo debut in 2019 with the EP April, and a Flower.
