INGREDIENTS:

1 kilo ground pork

100 grams pimientos in can, chopped and drained

1 can or ten pieces pineapple slices

10 pcs cherries

100 grams chunks quickmelt cheese

2 pcs eggs

4 slices tasty bread

1/2 cup milk

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon pepper

PROCEDURE:

1. Mix all ingredients except the pineapple slices, then place in molding pan. Bake in oven for 30 minutes.

2. Remove from baking mold then cut into portion size and garnish with grilled pineapple slices and cherries.
