Actor Andrew Schimmer announces the sad news in an emotional video posted on Facebook.
In an emotional post on Facebook, actor Andrew Schimmer announces the passing of his wife, Jorhomy 'Jho' Reiena Rovero, today (December 20).
He narrated what happened and shared a glimpse of his lovely wife, who had been in and out of the hospital for the past few months.
“They did everything they could. Masakit lang. Gusto ko lang ibalita sa inyo. Guys, maraming salamat sa mga nagdasal. Ang sakit lang kasi birthday ng bunso namin mamaya,” the actor said. “Hindi siya inabutan ng bunso namin.”
On November 24, 2021, Andrew revealed that Jho was brought to the hospital in BGC after she suffered a severe asthma attack that resulted in cardiac arrest and hypoxia, the lack of oxygen in the brain.
He ended his post with a message to his family and friends, "Huwag kayong mag-alala mga kapatid, lahat kayo bibigyan ko ng pagkakataon makita siya. You deserve to see her. Yun lang po muna, thank you."
