Filipino-Canadian artist August Rigo is honored to have produced a revamped version of Eraserheads' "Christmas Party" for phenomenal Pinoy band SB19.
The holiday track was released as a single from the veteran OPM band's fourth studio album Fruitcake in 1996.
To celebrate the Eraserheads' recent reunion concert, "Huling El Bimbo," SB19 covered the band's classic song and did their own version of it, adding elements of dance-pop, R&B hip-hop, and modern funk.
SB19 recorded the song with August during their WYAT (Where You At) tour in Los Angeles, California in November.
"One for the holidays with @officialsb19 version of @eraserheads_official classic Christmas Party! Had the pleasure of producing this one for the guys. More to come!" August shared.
August is a recording artist, songwriter, producer, and musician. He was born and raised in Canada by his Filipino parents. He started his music career in the United States in 2003 and has made songs for Justin Bieber, One Direction, Chris Brown, and K-pop artists like BTS and SHINee's Key.
