The excitement for BLACKPINK Jisoo's solo album continues to build up after it was confirmed last month.
And today, February 21, several Korean entertainment sites have reported that the music video for her solo track is being filmed overseas.
Soompi and allkpop.com released a statement from YG Entertainment, which shared some details about Jisoo's solo debut.
“The music video for Jisoo's solo track is being filmed entirely overseas in strict secrecy. It is worth anticipating as we invested the highest production cost of all BLACKPINK videos to date.”
Jisoo is the last BLACKPINK member to release a solo project. Jennie was the first one to debut solo in 2018, followed by Rosé in March 2021, who eventually unveiled her R album in September of the same year. Thai superstar Lisa dominated the charts with her solo album Lalisa.
Meanwhile, Pinoy BLINKS are gearing up for the grand two-day concert of BLACKPINK at the Philippine Arena in Bulacan next month!
