ASTRO's sub-unit Moonbin & Sanha didn't disappoint with their much-awaited fan con tour titled 'DIFFUSION in Manila' on Saturday, March 25.
Hundreds of fans flocked to the New Frontier Theater in Quezon City to witness the adrenaline pumping performances and intense charisma of the two K-pop idols.
The phenomenal duo sang their hearts out to some of their hits songs including "Chup Chup," "Dream Catcher," and "Your Day" that gave every ardent AROHA present in the venue an eargasm.
Before the end of the exhilarating fan meeting and concert, the two shared their thoughts about performing in front of a Filipino crowd.
Speaking in Korean while being translated to English by an interpreter, Sanha stated that he could feel the immense love of their fans the whole night.
“So let me begin and tell you what I felt today. At the moment I'm standing in front of you on the stage, I'm kind of embarrassed to say this with my own mouth, but I can feel that the rohas [abbreviated term for Aroha] are really loving us right now.
“And it makes me realize even more that it was such a shame that I didn't get to come back here for seven years. But I'm so happy and glad that I did come back here even as a unit and enjoy together with the fans. And I can say that the reason why we were able to have even this fan concert is because of your love for us.”
Sanha ended his statement by saying “Mahal ko kayo!” to their fans.
Moonbin echoed Sanha's sentiments. The K-pop heartthrob stated, “And like what Sanha said, I keep on thinking: what if we came back earlier?”
“If we get the chance in the future, if you would call us once again. We'd make sure to comeback. Until that day, I hope everyone will remain healthy.”
Aside from Moonbin and Sanha, ASTRO is also composed of MJ, Jinjin, and Cha Eun-woo, who is also an in-demand K-drama actor.
Meanwhile, it was already reported early this month by several Korean entertainment sites that Rocky has left the group after ending his exclusive contract with Fantagio.
ASTRO debuted in 2016 and some of their biggest hits include "After Midnight," "Crazy Sexy Cool," and "Blue Flame."
