Nikko Natividad shared their terrifying experience while on vacation.
Nikko Natividad had a scary health encounter while on vacation in Japan as his child suddenly suffered from seizures.
The former Hashtags member recounted the terrifying experience in a Facebook post on Saturday, January 3.
According to Nikko, their baby suddenly had a seizure while they were eating in a restaurant.
“Sobrang taranta namin at sumusigaw na para humingi ng tulong at ambulansya. Mahirap dahil hindi nila kami maintindihan kahit English. Buti at may ambulansyang malapit,” he said.
Nikko said he felt weak as he saw how his child stopped breathing for two minutes and turned violet.
“Sobrang panlalambot ko at wala ako iba makita kung 'di ang anak ko lang na nakatirik na at halos 2 [minutes] siyang hindi humihinga at nagkulay violet na,” he recounted.
At the latter part of his post, Nikko reminded those who are also in the country, especially those traveling with kids, to take extra care amid viral infection and influenza.
“Sa mga nandito rin sa Japan mag ingat po tayo lalo na sa mga may bata at malakas pala ang viral infection ngayon at influenza dito sa Japan,” Nikko said.
In another Facebook update on Saturday, Nikko said his child is now feeling better.
“Maraming salamat maayos na si baby Aiz. Nanunuod na ulit ng super simple sa YouTube,” he said.
