In a recent episode of Pinas Sarap, host Kara David invited food content creator Nina Bacani on the food show to share with everyone her scrumptious chicken embutido recipe just in time for your Christmas Noche Buena.

Since she started sharing her budget-friendly recipes on YouTube last 2020, Nina has already garnered 1.2 million subscribers. When it comes to cooking and making food, she's an inspiration to many as most of her recipes turn out to be delicious and perfect for the entire family.

This holiday season, Nina is sharing her easy-to-make and affordable chicken embutido recipe with everyone. If you want to make Christmas merrier this year, check out her recipe.

Chicken Embutido

Ingredients:

Chicken giniling, carrots, bell pepper, raisins, pineapple tidbits, onions, pickles, chicken hotdog, cheese, egg, pepper, bread crumbs, cornstarch, salt, ketchup, oyster sauce, sugar, garlic, and margarine

Procedure:

1. In a bowl, add your chicken giniling, salt, and pepper then mix.

2. Add garlic, onions, bell pepper, pickles, pineapple tidbits, raisins, carrots, oyster sauce, ketchup, sugar, and grated cheese. Mix them all together.

3. Add milk, egg, and bread crumbs then mix.

4. Once mixed, let it rest for 30 minutes to 1 hour.

5. After, on a foil brush margarine.

6. Mold your embutido using a measuring cup.

7. Add sliced chicken hotdog, boiled egg, and cheese on top.

8. Roll your embutido and steam it for 30 minutes.

9. Once cooked, slice and serve.
