
Former reality TV show contestant Niña Jose confirmed that she and her husband Mayor Cezar Quiambao of Bayambang, Pangasinan are both positive for COVID-19.
Niña shared an official statement from the municipal office of Bayambang, Pangasinan to give an update on her as well as her husband's health.
According to the statement, Niña and Mayor Cezar decided to have themselves checked for the new coronavirus disease on March 16. Since then, they've decided to undergo a 14-day quarantine and later on found out that that they are COVID-19 positive.
As a precaution and to avoid putting other people at risk, the couple is undergoing another 14-day quarantine.
Niña also wrote, “Yes, we are positive for coronavirus but because God is more powerful than this, we are doing fine and we are doing great! GOD is good all the time. Mama Mary loves us.”\
Niña and Mayor Cezar are among the high-profile Pinoy personalities who are afflicted by COVID-19.
