Aling Mameng, the mother of celebrity manager and vlogger Ogie Diaz, passed away.
Talent manager and showbiz vlogger Ogie Diaz confirmed the sad news on Facebook yesterday, April 23, that his mom, whom he fondly calls Aling Mameng, has passed away at the age of 87.
On his Facebook post, Ogie said, “Salamat sa lahat ng pakikiramay sa pagpanaw ng aking mahal na ina, si Aling Mameng.
“87yo, hindi na kami choosy. At least, naipikit niya ang kanyang mga mata na kumpleto ang kanyang mga anak.”
He added, “Higit sa lahat, I'm proud to say na naibigay ko naman sa nanay ko ang lahat ng pangarap niya sa buhay.
“Salamat sa lahat ng sakripisyo at pagiging selfless, Nay! Mahal kita. Magkasama na kayo ngayon ni tatay.”
In a separate post on Instagram Story today (April 24), Ogie again reiterated his love for Mameng saying, “I love you, Nay! Salamat sa lahat ng wisdom at mga patawa mo.”
