The upcoming sitcom Open 24/7 has already begun their taping for their pilot episode. The newest comedy show features Vic Sotto, Jose Manalo, and Maja Salvador, who is doing her first show on GMA Network.

To show support on the show, GMA Network's First Vice President for Program Management Jose Mari R. Abacan personally visited the cast on the set of Open 24/7. He also took some behind-the-scenes photos, which he shared on his Instagram account.

Also, part of the much-awaited program are Sparkle Sweethearts Sofia Pablo and Allen Ansay, who were last seen in the primetime series Luv Is: Caught In His Arms.

In an exclusive interview with GMANetwork.com, Sofia shared her profound excitement working with Jose, Maja, and Bossing Vic.

She said, “I think lahat po halos ng artista, lalo na po si Bossing, goals talaga silang tatlo na maka-work. Lalo na kung, gusto mo talagang maging matagumpay na artista. Nasa bucket list mo talaga sila na maka-work, lalo na kung ang gusto mo na i-pursue is comedy.

“Kasi, when it comes to comedy, sila agad 'yung mga maiisip mo, e. Ang nagpasaya pa lalo to this sitcom [is] first sitcom po namin siya.”

Also joining them in the cast are Riel Lomadilla and TV host-actor Anjay Anson and hunks Abed Green, Kimson Tan, and Bruce Roeland.
