The spotlight is on Eat Bulaga host Paolo Ballesteros as he wins Best Actor in the 2016 Tokyo International Film Festival for the film 'Die Beautiful.' The film's director, Jun Robles Lana, announced the good news on his Instagram (IG) account today, November 3.
