Fast-rising South Korean actress Park Gyu-young is feeling the immense love of K-drama fans across the globe after her series Celebrity reached the number one spot in Netflix's Global Top 10 TV rankings.
Gyu-young portrays the role of e-celeb Seo A-ri, who traversed the glitzy and scandalous life of being a popular social media influencer.
Based on the report of allkpop.com using data from Netflix, the show has garnered 5.6 million views, making it the number one non-English series on the streaming platform.
Meanwhile, Gyu-young posted this message on her Instagram page last July 12 saying, “Thank you all #celebrity.”
Aside from Celebrity, she was also part of several successful series that were shown on Netflix such as It's Okay To Not Be Okay and Sweet Home.
