A Marvel superhero has been named People's Sexiest Man Alive for 2021 -- just not the Marvel superhero that Page Six claimed it would be.
People revealed the cover featuring Paul Rudd on their Twitter account.

In the accompanying article, Paul was “kind, self-deprecating, affable, hardworking,” declaring that there are many more people that should have received the title before him.
Paul also joked that his friends would make fun of him for getting the title, even as he plans to really “lean into” the title moving forward.
"I mean I'm going to lean into it hard. I'm going to own this. I'm not going to try to be like 'Oh, I'm so modest.' I'm getting business cards made. But all of my friends will destroy me and I expect them to. And that's why they're my friends,” he shared.
The selection of Paul Rudd comes after Page Six reported that Chris Evans would be named the Sexiest Man Alive.
Citing multiple sources, Page Six claimed that Chris was supposed to be given the title a year ago but this did not happen because it was “not great timing.”
Michael B. Jordan was the one named Sexiest Man Alive last year.
While Chris may not be this year's Sexiest Man Alive, he will be starring in the new Pixar movie, Lightyear, whose trailer was first released several days ago.
Chris will be voicing “the human that the toy Buzz Lightyear is based on” in Lightyear. He said that it was “a dream come true” when his casting was first announced.
