Pauleen Luna lost a sister and friend with Mabel Sotto's passing.
The whole Sotto clan is reeling from the death of a dear family member, Mabel Sotto.
Pauleen Luna, wife of Eat Bulaga pioneer Vic Sotto, has been sharing some of her fondest memories with her Ate Mabel on Instagram.
Yesterday, February 22, Pauleen confirmed the latter's death and penned a heartfelt tribute to her.
She posted, “I still find it hard to look forward cos looking back seems like the easier thing to do. I love you, my Ate. I pray that the Lord will turn this pain into peace because I know that you are with Him. I promise to take care of your family… please do not worry anymore. Rest easy, my sister. Please watch over us.”
Several members of the Sotto family reacted to Pauleen's post including Danica Sotto and her husband, former PBA star Marc Pingris.
Marc even commented, “Nakakamiss”
Other celebrities including Vina Morales, Zsa Zsa Padilla, and Sherilyn Reyes-Tan also offered their condolences to the bereaved family.
Mabel is the wife of Maru Sotto, the brother of Bossing Vic, former Senate President Tito, and Val.
Meanwhile, Radio broadcaster Ali Sotto is the ex-partner of Maru.
