Rest in power, Robert Maceda Sr. (Ricky Davao). You are deeply missed, Direk Ricky.
Viewers of the award-winning sitcom Pepito Manaloto: Tuloy Ang Kuwento were touched by the special tribute for the late director and seasoned actor, Ricky Davao.
If you remember, Direk Ricky played the role of Robert “Bob” Maceda Sr., the dad of the Manaloto's family driver Robert portrayed by Arthur Solinap.
During the Saturday episode (January 10), Robert and his sister Richie (played by Ricky's own daughter Rikki Mae Davao) received a heartbreaking news that their Dad Bob passed away.
Rikki Mae even posted on her Instagram Story the special tribute made by Pepito Manaloto for her late dad.
Direk Ricky passed away at the age of 63 in May 2025. He was formerly married to Jackie Lou Blanco, and they have three children: Kenneth, Arabella, and Rikki Mae.
