Kapuso actress-singer Manilyn Reynes poured her heart out once more as she paid tribute to her late dad, Nelson Clarin Reynes, a month after his death.
Mr. Reynes died at the age of 74 on January 29, 2021.
In her Instagram post, Manilyn opened up about how she's been coping with the death of her father. She admitted that she's still hurting to this day. She's just taking comfort in the idea that her father is already in a much better place.
She wrote, “One month today, Dy.
“Bisan pa ug ip-hun nako ang segundo, minuto, adlaw, semana, buwan ug tuig,
“I know that the pain will never go away. I also know that I will still cry and miss you everyday, the way I do now. But I also do know that you are now in God's loving arms and in the best place, where there is no more pain and sickness, just everlasting happiness and peace.
Manilyn has already expressed her profound gratitude to everyone who have offered their condolences and supported her family during this difficult time, especially to her Pepito Manaloto family.
“We may not be able to thank you one by one, we want you all to know how much your calls, messages, mahigpit na virtual hugs, help, concern, prayers and love mean to us.
In her own little way, Mane wanted to share the story of her beloved father. She has been sharing on Instagram some of her throwback photos and best memories with him.
One of the photos she shared was taken during her 18th birthday.
