The Dabarkads extended their well-wishes for Pia’s safe and successful delivery and gave their gifts that include baby clothes, baby bathing products, and a baby monitor, among others.

Pia also shared that she and her husband are naming their second-born Brooklyn
after their favorite neighborhood New York.

She thanked her colleagues and friends for throwing her the sweet surprise as well.

“Thank you so much to my Dabarkads here in Eat Bulaga. Talagang ibang klaseng pamilya kayo eh, that’s why it took me so long to take a leave. Ayaw ko pa talagang mag-leave. Gusto ko nang manganak dito,” she said, laughing.

The 42-year-old host expressed how much she’ll miss being on the show.

“I’m going to miss working here, being with you guys every day, kaya [dinelay] ko talaga yung pag-leave ko. Maraming salamat po sa lahat ng inyong prayers and wishes and I hope to see you very, very, very, very soon,” she concluded.
