Miss Universe Philippines 2015 Pia Wurtzbach now weighs 118 pounds, according to Jonas Gaffud, the president and manager of Mercator, the management agency she is part of.

Keeping fit is part of her preparation for the upcoming worldwide pageant. According to the Filipina-German model and beauty queen, she goes to the gym seven days a week.

The twenty-five-year-old joined Binibining Pilipinas twice before finally bagging the title in 2015. She thus commits to giving her all to win the international crown.

“I promise to make the most out of this opportunity and make you all proud… It will be a challenge and I guess by now, you’ve gathered that I don’t give up easily and I love a good challenge,” she declared.

Earlier this year, outgoing Miss Universe Paulina Vega said that the coronation night will be held in Shanghai, China around December.
