A Filipino meal isn't complete without rice. And since the Pinoys' love affair with rice dates back to centuries ago, throughout the years, they've also learned how to create delicious dishes from leftover rice, such as fried rice or sinangag.

However, Erick Paul Ganal of Epoy's Kitchen from Magsaysay, Davao del Sur shared another ingenious way of using leftover rice: by making a Japanese-Hawaiian snack called Crispy Fried Rice Musubi.

According to Erick, the mashed luncheon meat will serve as a binder for the fried rice. And if you also want to recreate the sauce, you'll need the following:
