A Pinoy DJ made a mashup remix of Lady Gaga's newest single 'Stupid Love,' with rap group Salbakuta's hit with the same title.
Here's a match made in crossover heaven.
A local DJ did a mashup remix of Lady Gaga's newest single 'Stupid Love' with Pinoy rap group Salbakuta's 2001 hit 'Stupid Love.'
Brian Cua, who has worked as the resident DJ of popular clubs like Nectar, Xylo and Revel, uploaded the mashup on his newly-opened YouTube channel.
"When Lady Gaga announced her latest single was also called 'Stupid Love', we immediately associated the title with the Salbakuta rap track. A mashup seems far-fetched and when I checked, they were in the same key! And so this mashup was born!" he wrote on the description of his track.

Lady Gaga's 'Stupid Love' is the lead single of her upcoming sixth studio album, Chromatica.
Meanwhile Salbakuta's 'Stupid Love' was a massive hit and was one of the songs from their first album, "Ayoko ng Ganitong Life."
The song features sampling from Barbra Streisand's 'Evergreen,' which she sang for the 1976 movie A Star is Born.
Coincidentally, Lady Gaga played Barbra's role in the 2018 adaptation of the movie where she starred opposite Bradley Cooper.
