Looks like Filipinos have a new addiction this 2020. The hashtag #AdorableHomePH went trending on local Twitter last Tuesday night, and Pinoys tweeted screenshots of their virtual houses on the new life simulator app Adorable Home.
HyperBeard, the game developer of Adorable Home, expressed their gratitude to Filipino gamers who made the new game trend on Twitter.

So, what makes Adorable Home so appealing? According to HyperBeard, it's more than just a game, it allows us to imagine and fulfill dreams.
#AdorableHome is more than a game, it allows us to imagine and fulfill dreams, it's a title that we don't play, we live. ❤️https://t.co/MnmekKgQAW pic.twitter.com/ogoq2Yw80j

Adorable Home lets players simulate a home life with a loving partner and cute animals. The game also allows players to decorate the house with the furniture of their choice, and unlock new rooms and areas by paying with “love” or hearts that they receive from their partner and also from doing activities with their pets.
Filipinos seem to love the simplicity and relatability of the game. Twitter posts about Adorable Home ranged from funny to emotional ones.
One player believed that his fur baby who recently crossed the rainbow bridge paid him a visit in the game.
My dog died last January, his name is Brandy. This morning I said “Brandy I miss you, visit me in my dreams”. I opened the app and I had a visitor, a beagle dog named Brandy! Thank you Bran for hearing me, thank you for letting me know you are well and happy! #AdorableHomePH pic.twitter.com/ITAZ2oPxjX

And, one player expressed his/her opinion on what makes playing the new game so enticing.
I think the simplicity of #AdorableHomePH is what's making it such a hit. You have tons of animals, a lovely home, constant income and a loving partner.
