Pokwang talked about her painful childhood experience and family struggles in 'Lutong Bahay' with Kapuso star Mikee Quintos and Team Payaman's Kuya Dudut.

On Tuesday, Oct. 29, "Paboritong Kapitbahay" Mikee Quintos and "Kumpare sa Kusina" Kuya Dudut of Team Payaman visited Kapuso star Pokwang's humble abode.

The comedian actress shared her childhood dream in a recent episode of Lutong Bahay. She revealed that she wanted to become a flight stewardess, but couldn't afford to study for it.

Faced with financial difficulties, she set aside her dreams to become a TV dancer. Eventually, she became a choreographer in Japan.

Host Mikee asked what her motivation was to continue living despite the hardships.

At this point, Mikee gave the actress a certificate of recognition/diploma to recognize her education. She also gave Pokwang a mirror and asked her for a message to her younger self.

Lastly, Mikee showed a picture of her daughter, Malia, and asked for a heartfelt message.

Pokwang burst into tears again and joked about why they were crying when they should only be cooking.

“I'm your wind beneath your wings and I want you to finish your studies. I love you," Pokwang said.
