Walang pagsidlan ang tuwa ng veteran actress na si Cherry Pie Picache sa naabot ng kaniyang anak na si Antonio P. Tria o mas kilala sa tawag na Nio nang magtapos ito sa junior high school sa Ateneo de Manila University.

Anak ng aktres si Nio sa dati niyang partner na si Gary Tria. Naghiwalay ang dalawa taong 2011.

Sa kaniyang Instagram post, nagpaabot ng pagbati si Cherry Pie para kay Nio na nakakuha ng academic silver medal at parangal na Gawad San Juan de Brebeuf sa Katangi-tanging Manlalaro.

Saad niya, “Congratulations, my son on graduating AJHS!! It was no easy feat and you succeeded through your commitment, passion, and hard work. You are a blessing my love.?”

“Continue on being grateful on your gifts by making full use of them, being a man for others and loving above all our God who is the source of all these," dagdag niya.

Nagpasalamat din ang former Atlantika star sa pamunuan ng Ateneo de Manila University.

“A heartfelt gratitude to the Ateneo de Manila University for helping us mold and nourish our son to be the kind of person he is now. To all his teachers since prep and everyone, thank you so much,” pahayag niya.

“Now son, spread your wings and take flight like an eagle remembering all the values, lessons learned and keeping in mind what Fr. Manoling Francisco SJ said, it is not what you have and who you are that will define you, it is the decisions you make every day,” pagtatapos niya.
