Beauty queen-actress Rabiya Mateo recently took to social media to celebrate her boyfriend, actor Jake Cuenca, after he finished his latest acting project on stage.

Jake starred as a character named Mark in the theater play People, Places, and Things. The show had a very short run with only four performances from August 15 to 16, 2026, at The Blackbox at the Proscenium Theater in Rockwell, Makati.

To show her support, Rabiya posted a short video on her Instagram story showing Jake taking his final bow on stage after his last performance.

Along with the video, she wrote a sweet and emotional message to let everyone know how hard Jake worked for the role and how happy she was to watch him succeed.

“I am so proud of you,” Rabiya shared in her post.

“I know how much hard work, passion, and dedication you poured into this play, and seeing you finally take that bow fills my heart with so much joy,” she continued.

She finished her message with a loving congratulations, writing, “Congratulations, Baby. You were incredible,” while directly tagging Jake's account.

The supportive energy goes both ways in their relationship. Jake has been just as vocal in cheering on Rabiya as she embarks on a major milestone of her own.

After passing her application and officially entering medical school at the University of Santo Tomas Faculty of Medicine and Surgery, Jake publicly celebrated her achievement.

Following initial dating rumors early in the year, Jake confirmed in April that they were exclusively dating. The two later became fully official in May 2026 when Jake revealed on Fast Talk with Boy Abunda that he officially asked Rabiya to be his girlfriend during a trip to Hong Kong Disneyland.
