After Ysabel Ortega wowed us with her epic stunts, another Voltes V: Legacy star showed off his training for the highly anticipated GMA series.

It's none other than Radson Flores who will play Mark Gordon of the Voltes V team.

Mark Gordon is a rodeo champion, therefore Radson had to take horseback riding lessons in preparation for his role in Voltes V: Legacy.

The Kapuso actor underwent equestrian training in Marikina Equestrian Center.

In these photos sent to GMANetwork.com, it appears Radson is getting the hang of it as he calmly rides a horse. But, in reality, it's the other way around.

"Akala ko no'ng una, madali lang mangabayo pero hindi pala. Kailangan in unison ang rhythm niyo no'ng kabayo, kailangan nakikinig sa 'yo 'yung kabayo, etc.

"Nakakapagod siya sa simula pero worth it kapag napatakbo mo na 'yung kabayo nang ikaw lang mag-isa," he told GMANetwork.com.

As a beginner, Radson learned the basics of horseback riding like mounting a horse, balancing, maintaining a riding posture, and stopping a horse.
