Love is blooming for Rain Matienzo and Gian Tayson as the couple steps closer to marriage.

The couple shared their proposal video on social media, set in a garden, with the text: “It all led to this.”

Aside from sharing their simple yet sweet proposal, Rain and Gian also penned touching messages for each other.

“Life update: we're getting married!” the Sparkle artist said.

“You've witnessed a lot of my milestones here on TikTok — from graduating college, figuring out young adulthood in the middle of a global pandemic, to slowly and ever so surely becoming the woman God has made me to be,” she continued.

Reflecting on her journey, she shared that she is now even more excited to share her new chapter as a soon-to-be wife.

“So what joy it gives me to share this with you guys, I thought I'd take you through this new chapter too :),” she added.

Gian, on the other hand, wrote on Instagram that he is grateful to Rain for being “my laughter on the hard days, my constant when life gets a bit difficult, and my reminder of God's goodness every single day.”

“I'm so grateful that I get to walk through life with you, grow old with you, and build a future with you,” he added. “'The Lord has done great things for us, and we are filled with joy. — Psalm 126:3.'”

Rain and Gian announced their engagement on December 20, 2025.

Rain was first known as TikTok's Conyo Girl before joining the Sparkle family and has since done several hosting and acting projects.
